Our in-house leasing agents understand leasing from the renter's point of view. Their insight and years of experience helps get your property rented fast!

Tenant Profile
Prospective tenants submitted for your approval have been thoroughly qualified. We verify employment and contact landlords for references. Our direct link with Equifax provides us with the most current credit information available.

Property Inspection
An extensive written report is generated prior to tenant occupancy noting the complete interior and exterior condition of the premises and fixtures. Interim inspections are conducted every three months throughout the tenancy with a final inspection being made after tenants have vacated. This schedule ensures the continued marketability of your property and keeps you apprised of its condition.

Maintenance, Repairs, and Preventive Maintenance
We make every effort to prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones. Our prompt response to any problems that may arise keeps tenants happy and encourages them to inform us of these problems in a timely manner. For minor items, we pay vendors upon completion and charge your account. For major repairs, we solicit bids for your review and approval.
